This website is operated by Wayne's Caps. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wayne's Caps. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site. You may not use our products or our website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
2. Products and prices
We do our best to display the colours, materials and details of our caps as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are described on each product page and in our Size Guide.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any discounts that apply to your cart. Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue a product at any time and to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed; if that happens we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Discounts and promotions
Quantity discounts (for example when you add two or more caps to your cart) are applied automatically at checkout when the conditions shown on the website are met. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and can be changed or withdrawn at any time for future orders.
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order, for instance when a product is unavailable, when payment cannot be verified or when we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information so that we can complete your order and reach you when needed. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs, processing times and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You can follow your parcel on our Track My Order page. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority; these are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The conditions and the steps to follow are described in our Returns and Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including statutory guarantees for faulty products.
7. Accuracy of information
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
8. Use of the website
You may not use the site to violate any law, to infringe the rights of others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to collect personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the site. We may suspend access to the site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

The Wayne's Caps name and logo and the design of this website may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or tools, such as parcel tracking services and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties; please review their terms and policies before using them.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We provide this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.
